TIPS:
- Take 1 serving of any 1 item from the list below, ONCE per day.
- Limit Cheddar/Mozzarella cheese slice to once per week. Avoid cubes/blocks of all types of hard cheese. These are very high in Phosphorus.
- Measure the portions of liquids with a graduated cup.
- Refer to your renal diet chart to confirm your daily permitted portions of milk (or substitutes) tailored to your blood phosphorus levels.
