Measures: 1 Cup = 250 mL (8 ounces) ; 1 Tablespoon = 15 mL; 1 Teaspoon = 5 mL

    frozen, canned, salted or preserved

    1 Egg or 2 egg whites

    1 ounce (approx 30 grams) portion cut
Fish
(Avoid canned, salted fish)
    Salmon / Cod / Blackwater Bass / Halibut / Rohu / Catla / Hilsa

    Shellfish (Shrimp, Clams)
    (Avoid if allergic to shellfish)

    1 ounce (approx. 30 grams) fillet


    1/4 cup shrimp
Meat
    Beef / Veal / Pork / Mutton / Lamb
    (avoid ham or bacon)
    1 ounce (approximately 30 grams)
