MEASURES: 1 Tablespoon = 15 mL; 1 Teaspoon = 5 mL

LIMIT DAILY SALT INTAKE TO 2/3 TEASPOON (1.6 grams of Sodium)

AVOID LOW-SODIUM SALT & SALT "SUBSTITUTES. THESE ARE HIGH
IN POTASSIUM.
